I need to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received. I have never had an acne breakout until undergoing the dermapen treatment at your clinic. Despite repeatedly stating that dermapen was not suiting my skin and even after meeting Dr. Batul and clearly explaining that it was stressing my skin you still went ahead with the procedure.
This reflects a complete disregard for patient well-being and shows that your priority has shifted from care to profit. And the fact to resolve it you will further make us do different treatments or take medicines is just wrong
