I was facing multiple skin issues Tanning and dark pigmentation and I consulted Bombay Skin Clinic and I met Dr Neelima and she guided me in very professional way and I got treated by Laser Pigmentation followed by Derma Pin procedure. And trust me the results are totally positive and I can see the difference too.

A SCAM- Please avoid this clinic in any given circumstances, do not visit basis Instagram posts, which are paid !!!

I visited the Bombay Skin Clinic this past Sunday and was quite disappointed with my experience. I had called ahead specifically requesting an appointment with Dr Patel, but was informed that I can consult another doctor before proceeding with my medi-facials as she is equally qualified. When I arrived, there were no other customers, which was fine, but the consultation itself was concerning.

The consultant offered me several facial options without a proper skin analysis. I had to prompt her to examine my skin, and even then, the advice seemed rushed. She insisted on the most expensive treatment (the Hollywood facial) without considering my sensitive skin type. When I raised concerns about sensitivity and the need for a thorough assessment, she suggested that I consult the main doctor anyway, yet still charged me a fee of ₹1000 for the initial consultation of 10 mins. The doctor seemed to have no knowledge of skin concerns, offering facials without a proper skin analysis? she only answered to questions that I asked, absolutely clueless about skin science and I am not sure she hold any degree or just has been kept on job for the sake of hiring.

Overall, the experience felt more like a sales pitch than a genuine consultation. I hope the clinic can improve their approach to customer care and ensure that clients receive personalized and well-informed advice.

The entire process came across as a way to mint money from customers rather than provide authentic care, I paid 1000 Rs only to hear her speak to another doctor?

Overall, I left feeling let down and hope the clinic reconsiders its approach to customer trust and professional guidance, I need Rs 1000 refund, why would a customer pay when there is no skin consultation? would not recommend at all even if this is the last skin clinic on planet earth.
