I did a number of treatments at the Santacruz clinic, one of which was a full body peel. I was instructed to leave the peel on for 6-8 hours after application so I washed it off at home.
I was alarmed to see that I my underarms had gotten burned as a result of the peel resulting in darkened skin.

I messaged the clinic on watsapp but received no response. The aftercare offered by the clinic is quite poor and customer care will often have you on hold on 20-25 mins before you can reach someone.

The clinic is extremely busy so be aware that if you sign up for multiple treatments, you will shunted from one room to another and after care will be forgotten as the front office staff is focused on billing multiple clients at a time.
