They take an appointment time and then make you wait two hours. I finally left without even meeting the doctor. I guess they’ll give you time only if you’re a celebrity or a famous person. Feeling completely disrespected and will never go back again.

In May 2024, I consulted Dr. Jaishree Sharad about some boils on my face. She prescribed retinol tablets along with other medications and suggested lifestyle changes. I was unaware that retinol could cause purging, which was never mentioned to me. If I had known, I wouldn't have chosen that treatment. Unfortunately, the purging resulted in permanent marks and dents on my face. When I returned to their Khar branch to address this, the assistant doctor left without addressing my concerns, leading to chaos and confusion instead of helping me with my skin issues. It feels like a scam—first they damage your skin, then you keep returning for treatments, allowing them to profit from you. I would never recommend their services to anyone.

I’ve been at the clinic for over 5 years, and this experience has been nothing short of disappointing. My appointment was rescheduled 3-4 times, only to be told in the end to wait again for an online consultation and wait more time in person. This is not the level of care or respect I expect from a clinic that prides itself on premium service.

Dr. Jaishree must urgently address the management issues at the Bandra clinic. If she truly intends to serve all her clients — not just the HNIs — she needs to ensure appointments are honored, and customers are treated with the professionalism and care they deserve. I hope this review encourages prompt action and neglect is simply unacceptable.

I went to Dr Jaishree’s clinic for the first time more than a decade ago, concerned with adult acne. As someone who spent a tremendous amount of time in the public eye- scrutinized in the press… I felt safe, heard and supported by Dr jaishree. She would never push any treatment at me, and supported my goals as I navigated my 30s. India is lucky to have such a fantastic leader in dermatology. I live part time in the USA and can say her expertise is unmatchable even abroad. I’ve since sent my mom, my sisters, my bestfriends all to her. This is a doctor you can trust and who is worth waiting it out for.

I have been coming to Skinfinitii for the last 15 years and have always come away satisfied and happy. I have found solutions and answers to my skin issues. The service provided here is efficient and friendly. Dr Jaishree is simply phenomenal with a wealth of knowledge and this place is always my go to for all my skin questions. Sonam and Dr Akansha were amazing in my last experience there, I am very very happy and grateful for them! This is the easiest 5 star rating I have given. Always will be a loyal customer for life.
