I had the most terrible experience with shape n glow. I was doing a full body Laser Hair Removal treatment which has shown no result after 10 full sessions. They got taken over by another doctor now and have decided to not complete my sessions now and when I am connecting with them regarding the alternative or refund for my remaining sessions they are not responding to me since the past 2 months and now have blocked my contact. Absolutely zero sense of responsibility and professionalism. I would suggest you to not waste your money here and rather look for a better centre for LHR

I was met by a pleasant receptive and knowledgeable Receptionist who answered my initial questions and prompted me to sit whilst I waited for Dr Divya Gupta.
Dr Gupta listened to my enquiry and answered all my concerns regarding Skin Tags and Warts that I wanted to remove .
We agreed on a plan of action and discussed dates and timings for the removal promptly.
On the day I was met by Dr Gupta and her very reliable assistant Vaishali who made sure I was comfortable throught the procedure .
The whole process took no more than 1 Hr and I was very comfortable with my treatment
Later on I was sent a text to ensure I was ok and comfortable after the treatment as well as a text to advise on the after fare needed.
Throught the whole treatment I was treated by a very professional clinic that deals in lots of different aspects of body care. Everyone I met at the clinic was extremely helpful and professional and will definately return for more on my next trip.
I decided to have a Deep Tissue massage a few days later and was met by Naira another professional therapist who explained and executed the massage with ease.
All in All a fantastic centre with extremely helpful individuals knowledgeable and attentive throughout.
It was a pleasure to have visited and looked after by everyone .

The team keeps in touch and makes u feel very comfortable regarding your doubts and queries. I would definately recommed this clinic if you wish to get a hair transplant done.
