Very bad service by customer care, I don't think they know the meaning of customer service, on 11th Aug 2024 I paid for 60 tablets but on 14 th Aug I was surprised to received only 30 tablets, since 16th Aug I have been calling and they ask me to write to customer care, I wrote to customer care on 16th Aug and have been sending regular reminders and making phone calls but till 23rd Aug have received no email or call from them. Very pathetic service by Richfeel, they are fake and big cheaters. Will never recommend any one to take their treatment or buy their products.

I choose the body laser service in Feb 21 in vashi clinic, which apparently got closed on name of renovation and services were transferred to Kharghar and till now they I am able to complete only 6 session and due to their unprofessional service. (Trust me I requested,begged & what not just to get the service appointment - but Richfeel have readymade excuses)
I am badly stucked with my personal hygiene and grooming, because I cannot use parlour services and apparently the technicians are giving excuses only.( Seems they are trained not for service but for making excuses)
These people serve better till 3-4 sitting post that they will start giving excuses like machine is not working, technician not available, slots not available etc etc.
I will not recommend anyone to select laser service from them because they will not complete the sessions additionally one will end up paying way more because you will to reach out to other service providers because grooming matter and you can not stay stucked forever with their pathetic services.
Note : The customer care is of no use they only to call. Trust me they do nothing not even can help you with assigning slot to another clinic.
So if you are choosing richfeel be prepared to become itchy monkey because richfeel is quite professionally unprofessional!!

Dr. checking my hair loss issue and provide me medicine. Again I visited in next month for follow up but doctor were not available. Even I already told her before visiting. Now I wish to switch my consultation in mulund clinic, I tried to contact them through land line and mobile number but they not received my calls. I called to customer care from last two days continued they said we'll arrange call from clinic but not received any call yet.
I really fed up such type of service. If you not provide proper resolution to your customer then please refund my money.

However their call center seems disconnected. I still get calls for follow-up 😁
