I went to the clinic when my sister suggested me, she praised them a lot.After I visited them they did a pathetic job at the service.
After bringing it to their notice they failed to accept their unprofessional behaviour and denied it according to their convenience.
Neither do they are professional with their work nor with the ethics they work with.
Stay away from such people!!!

I am one of the people who visited this clinic. I can confidently say this place is completely unprofessional.

From the very beginning, they were more focused on asking every customer to leave a positive review. They did not care about actually improving their services. Personally, I did not like the experience at all.

They accepted payment from six people. But the moment those six people left honest reviews, they couldn’t even handle the truth. Two of my friends have even been blocked from everywhere. Their sessions are still incomplete. This is not just unprofessional. It is borderline scam behavior.

They took the money and then vanished. When we try to reach out, all we hear is excuses.
“Ma'am is in a meeting.”
“Ma'am is travelling.”
“Ma'am will contact you soon.”

This drama has been going on for weeks.

Earlier, when everything was fine, they used to reply within minutes. But now that we have paid and raised genuine concerns, they don’t have the courage or integrity to face us.

And if you really have the audacity or even a bit of confidence to reply publicly in the review section, then have the same guts to call us back and speak directly. Stop hiding behind fake replies and stop trying to maintain a polished image online while ignoring the people you’ve taken money from.

Think twice before trusting them with your money or your skin.

Me and my friend still have two sessions left which we already paid for. And instead of giving any clear answer, you people just blocked us from everywhere. You don’t even have the guts to explain properly. You took the money and now you’re hiding behind “visit the clinic” as an excuse.

Is this your professionalism? No accountability, no shame, only excuses. You think blocking customers will solve the issue? Are you guys mad or what?
