While I don’t usually leave reviews, but I really felt the need to share my experience with Dr. Geoffrey Vaz. I’ve been doing PRP sessions for hair thinning with Dr. Geoffrey at Maven Esthetics and I’ve had a really positive experience so far. I was honestly a bit skeptical at first and nervous about the needles, but Dr. Geoffrey explained the whole process clearly and made me feel completely at ease.

The sessions were quick, pretty painless, and the setup is very professional. What I really appreciated was that there was no false promise or overhype just honest expectations and real, gradual results. I’m already noticing baby hairs coming in and less hair fall which is super encouraging.

The clinic has a calm, clean vibe and well-run, appointments are always on time and the staff is polite and helpful.

If you’re considering PRP, I’d definitely recommend coming here. You’ll be in safe hands.

I had been dealing with persistent acne and post-acne marks for a while, and after visiting several clinics with little improvement, I finally found real results at Maven Esthetics. Dr. Geoffrey Vaz is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand my skin history and concerns in detail. He explained the root cause of my acne and laid out a step-by-step treatment plan that was easy to follow and well-monitored.

The clinic is clean, professional, and the staff is very courteous. I especially appreciated how Dr. Vaz never rushed any session and was always open to questions. Dr. Geofrey clinic in Versova is well-located inside a society, offering easy access and parking. The doctor themself is attentive, listens to concerns, and provides helpful suggestions. They seem genuine and not money-driven. The clinic has a pleasant vibe, and offering free drinks like Frooti and buttermilk to waiting patients is a nice touch.
However, the wait time was excessive (45 minutes). It seems the appointment system needs improvement, especially when in my case one patient endeed up consulting multiple family members.

Additionally, the prescribed medications were on the higher end price-wise. While understandable, it might be helpful if the doctor offered more affordable alternatives if available.
Overall, a good doctor with a convenient location and good attention to ur problem, but the wait time needs addressing.
