A few months ago, I had given them a positive review because my nails were done perfectly. However, this time has been quite disappointing. It hasn’t even been 15 days, and my nail extensions are already coming off — I didn’t even have to soak them in hot water, that’s how poor the quality is.
Considering I paid the full amount, I expected the service to match, but unfortunately, it didn’t. The nail artist had only one magnet for the cat eye effect and rushed through the process, which resulted in an uneven finish. When I pointed it out, he simply said, “this is how it is.” Once I got home, I noticed clear gaps in the application.
To make matters worse, I’ve tried calling them, but no one is answering. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
