I had a wonderful experience at Kaya Skin Clinic! The staff is very professional and friendly. The clinic is clean, well-maintained, and follows proper hygiene protocols. I had a very disappointing experience at the Kaya Skin Clinic, Vile Parle East branch today. We had booked an appointment a day in advance, and despite that, we ended up waiting for one and a half hours. To make matters worse, after waiting so long, the doctor left before seeing us. The receptionist then said something like, "Mam ka cab aaya hai, mai check kar leti hu" as if to question whether it was our turn or not. This was very frustrating because if the receptionist herself was just going to check, then why make us wait for so long?What was more upsetting is that no one even asked if we wanted water, not even the receptionist. I saw other people being offered Kaya drinks, but we were left sitting there without even a basic gesture of hospitality like offering water. Overall, it was a very poor experience with zero regard for the patient's time and comfort.I would not recommend this branch to anyone who values punctuality and respectful service.
