***Do not visit this store ,They cheat and give you products of expiry I purchased Chambor nail paint Rs.325 manufacturing date was June 2022 and three years valid they given me without notice even Lakme they gave the same of Rs.99 in sale that is also expiring they should not cheat like this to innocent customers and we purchase always but I will never enter this store again

They cheated me by selling a mascara which is not waterproof . U had specifically asked for a water proof mascara . I also bought to their notice that it’s not mentioned on the products box ( faces ) ...

The Sales woman assured me it is waterproof . Hence I purchased the same .

However on using the product I realised o was cheated as it is not waterproof .

I hope they rectify their mistake and exchange the product .

This store is a THUG and FRAUD. They keep old expired products, sell it on discount, Zero Customer Service and Zero After Sale Service. Yesterday on the 24.04.2022, I purchased 1 Sugar lipstick costing Rs. 600/- and an eyeshadow palette costing Rs. 1000/- and got a FREE lipstick with a total bill amount of Rs. 1400/- approx. While purchasing, I had enquired if all the products are fresh stock and I was told they all are.

When I reached home, upon opening the Sugar Eye Shadow Palette, I found some white collectives on the glitter colours . I also checked the lipsticks. One lipstick was perfectly fine but the other FREE lipstick was 2019 mfg and expired in June 2022, just in 2 months of SALE!!!!! 🤨 That’s why you know why it is FREE. I was quite actually alarmed by seeing this, I mean I am a frequent user of SUGAR products, and never I have seen any such DEFECTIVENESS. I tried contacting the store through google available no., but none of the numbers actually worked. Such a Big store in a Mall and no Contact details. That’s alarming.

After all these, I decided to go for an exchange. I visited the store on the very next day on 25.04.2022. When I raised my concern, the store manager they did not acknowledge the defect in the eye shadow palette. They showed other packs of same brand and they all had the same. 😳😳😳😳 I mentioned again that this is quality issue and they should take up with the brand SUGAR. But they simply didn’t acknowledge neither they exchanged the product, saying that the product is already used and cannot be exchanged. This is hilarious, I when myself, am reporting white particle concerns on palette, why would I use it on my own skin that to on my Eyes. Though I explained the situation time and again, the store manager neither exchanged the product nor they returned my money Rs.1000/-. The store manager was too ill mannered and arrogant. He kept blaming that the palette has been used and cannot be returned. I seriously regretted visiting the store at the very first place.

Being helpless, I left the Eye Shadow Palette with the store without any Refund.

I mean c’mon I cannot use that DEFECTIVE PIECE OF MAKEUP. I have purchased many EYE shadow palettes previously on Stores, Nykaa etc but never have I ever seen such kind of bad quality product. The store is blindly selling defective pieces, expired products.

This was the CUSTOMER SERVICE I got from HEALTH AND GLOW. NEVER EVER GOING BACK !!!!!!

Girls, BEWARE of these THUGS in the market who are selling high-end good Makeup Brands either old, refurbished, expired and offers with hidden meaning. It’s Makeup and we use it on our Skin and no Beauty Company / Local Store can play with it.
