I did take pain killers and gel for a day but nothing worked. Immediately the next morning I saw Dr. and with the musculoskeletal treatment I got good relief. As recommended took pain killers, followed instructions and used the support belts. This recovery was crucial As I had an international travel with my kid the very next night which could not be postponed.
