We had a very good experience at Apollo Hospital in Belapur. The services were excellent, and the staff were very professional, kind, and helpful throughout the stay.

The hospital was very clean and well-maintained, and even the food was hygienic and tasty. Nurses were caring, attentive, and supportive making us feel truly cared for.

The housekeeping team did a good job keeping the room clean but can improve little more.

Overall, I felt very good and well looked after at the hospital. This hospital is costly but the services and care received were totally worth it.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality treatment and compassionate care.

I did sleep study in another hospital too but in Apollo it's advanced technology so you get best results.
Mr AMOL is very experienced as well highly trained in his field.
Like he is trained at University of Pensilvania. As well worked in MGM hospital and several more.
So if anyone is in search of best sleep study then you can get it done at Apollo Navi Mumbai..

I had very positive experience at this hospital. The doctors and nurses staff were extremely professional, caring and attentive throughout the treatment. The facilities were clean well, maintain and hygienic. The support staff was also very helpful and polite. Always ready to assist whenever needed. I really appreciate the timely medical care, proper communication and attitude of the entire team. Overall it will save and reassuring to be treated here. The treatment and care by doctors, nurses and other staff at Apollo Hospital, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai were good but the billing section was extremely unprofessional. Even after getting insurance approval, we were made to wait nearly 2 hours just for bill closure. Phone calls were never answered and when questioned, the staff simply said they don’t have enough manpower to pick up patient calls. This careless and unhelpful attitude creates unnecessary stress for patients and their families. The hospital seriously needs to fix its billing services.
