I’ve been visiting Dr. Rickson for my hair concerns, and I must say, he’s one of the most knowledgeable and professional doctors I’ve come across. His approach is extremely thorough, and he always takes the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment plan in a way that’s easy to understand and reassuring.
I’m genuinely grateful for his expertise and care. It’s rare to find a doctor who blends medical excellence with genuine concern for patients and Dr. Rickson is that kind of doctor.

Have been doing my tattoo removal with them and just finished my 6th session over 2 years. I’m so grateful I found him. Before every session he personally checks the progress and guides his doctors about the frequency and process. Even the doctors under him are very professional and made me feel so comfortable throughout.
The results have been very good as well. It was a long journey but one of patience. Dr. Rickson told me from the beginning that this would take time and there was no point hurrying the process. Both the laser and my body have supported the tattoo removal well. I’m not one for reviews but wanted to thank them. Maybe in another year my tattoo will fully fade out. Thank you to the team.

I would highly recommend Dr. Rickson to anyone. He is gentle and knows his profession well. I happened to Google his profile as I was looking for a Dermatologist around Borivali/Bandra and I must say I did the right thing by visiting him. He examined my case as it was not healing after being to another doctor and put me on the right medication after which it started healing slowly, I had my second visit today and he changed my medication. He knows his job well and is very polite in his approach.
For those who have said they had a long waiting period, which specialist takes you at the given time? There is always a delay and for those who found him only catering to the rich, which doctor can judge you by your looks?
My opinion, visit him for all your dermatology problem, he is really good at it and will never regret it.

Dr Rickson is very good. He sorts out most of the skin issues I had. He is our family dermatologist. The only problem is the wait time even when you take an appointment. His receptionist Isha is also very very rude. Not once but every time I go. Many of my friends have felt the same. I think he needs to get someone more polite and considerate at the front desk and also try and take less patients and more on time so there is less of a wait.

It's catastrophic to say the least that even in today's time, such establishments exist that I felt only cater to the rich clients who are able to show their might. Thus, going in there wearing normal clothes, not carrying a fancy Gucci bag or connections will not let you have a consultation with the doctors. Having booked an appointment at 2.30 pm and having had to wait till 3.15 pm, was finally told that this waiting time is always there. Much to my disappointment, I wan neither informed of this while making the commitment not after sitting there patiently. Only after persistent questioning, am I finally told this without any definite time still. Finally had to let go of this posh Dermatologist appointment and head for some lunch. Saw many of them going in before I did, so next time wear some fancy clothes.
