I recently used Dermi 5 cream for my face but it caused severe acne, harsh skin, and rashes. Thankfully, Dr. Pramila's treatment helped me recover. Based on my experience, I'd recommend consulting Dr. Pramila for skin concerns rather than using over the counter steroid cream for face, which has so many side effects.

This is a very detailed, honest review after I've visited Dr pramila minimum 3 times.

I have rosacea since 3 years now, I'm fully aware that it's not curable and can only be treated temporarily, I never visited doc pramila to get fully treated, but just to calm down my symptoms. However, I've had adverse reactions by the creams she's prescribed. I've attached pictures below too.

26th Oct 2024 :
Got prescribed with 10mg acutret per day, (I had informed dr that more than 5mg per day doesn't work for me, it makes it worse, but still doctor said "trust me" which I did)
Ofcourse I purged, I reached out to her and she said "please stop acutret 10mg and lower it to 5mg) 🤦🏻‍♀️

28th oct 2024:
Metrogyl cream caused an adverse reaction to my skin, later I was asked to have tab allegra to calm it down

18th Feb 2025 :
Nadoxin gel caused a reaction to my skin, I got suggested tab allegra for the same.

In short, whenever I visited doctor to calm my symptoms down, I only had reactions which made my skin worse and made lose my work.
I don't remember the time I spoke a complete sentence in front of her because she'll cut me off immediately, as a patient i should be heard is what all I feel.
My search for a doctor which works for me still continues.
