As someone who experienced this firsthand, I feel it's my duty to share my horrifying encounter with "Doctor Poornima." This is not a doctor's clinic; it's a house of horrors where professionalism and respect go to die.
From the moment I stepped into her clinic for my 5 PM appointment on Sunday, it was a cascade of unprofessionalism and disrespect. I was met with a harsh scolding to remove my shoes, an aggressive and intimidating tone that was utterly shocking. As I stood there, reeling from the public humiliation, I could hear Dr. Poornima inside, screaming at her assistant. The hostile atmosphere was so palpable it made my skin crawl.
Despite the appalling conditions and my growing discomfort, I tried to wait, clinging to the hope that a professional would eventually emerge. My patience, however, was a fool's errand. She completely ignored my scheduled appointment and prioritized another patient, showing a blatant and arrogant disregard for my time. This wasn't just an inconvenience; it was a profound act of disrespect.
This entire experience was a wake-up call. I left feeling utterly disrespected and disappointed. But the story gets even more bizarre. After I had already left the clinic, she started a relentless campaign of harassment, messaging and calling me repeatedly to come back. When I refused, she stooped to a new low, offering a bribe: "The appointment fee will be waived, it's free, just come."
Her actions are an insult to the entire medical profession. Does she truly believe that the promise of something "free" could erase the disrespect and humiliation I endured? What she fails to understand is that self-respect and dignity cannot be bought. A medical degree is not a license to be cruel and disrespectful. True professionalism comes from treating everyone with equal respect—a concept that is completely alien to her.
Dr. Poornima's lack of respect is a gaping, unfixable flaw. Her behavior borders on a "psychotic syndrome," and I am genuinely concerned that she needs to consult a psychologist herself before attempting to treat others.
I will never return to her clinic and urge anyone considering it to think twice. This isn't just about a bad appointment; it's about a medical professional who has forgotten her duty to her patients and has a complete disregard for human decency. This is a public service announcement: avoid this clinic at all costs. I believe in karma, and I hope she learns this lesson the hard way.

Ear piercing of our 5 years old daughter was done by Dr Poornima.Before coming here I was worried about painful process of using Needle . We were surprised that Dr Poornima did the piercing with utmost ease and almost no pain felt by our daughter. No needle was used.We will highly recommend Dr Poornima for her caring behavior towards child, explaining the process, follow up and latest technique used . During the process high garde medicated steel stud was given. No infection happened after the process other than some red spot. Thanks Dr Poornima and her team. Highly recommended
