I recently visited Dr. Narmada to treat my acne on my face and body. Dr. Narmada took the time to thoroughly assess my skin concerns and listened carefully to all my questions. She explained the root causes of my acne, gave me tips on what to do and not do. Her approach was not only professional but also very personalized. I felt like she truly cared about improving my skin, rather than just rushing through the appointment. I noticed improvements after just a few treatments, and my skin has been looking better than ever. Her team is also fantastic, always making sure I felt comfortable during each treatment.

My therapist Shannon has great communication skills, is intelligent, empathetic and connects wonderfully with me. She is able to grasp my thoughts patterns quickly and gives practical advices which have worked out very well. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in taking therapy.

During every visit Dr. Narmada made sure to personally check the progress and suggested the next line of treatment accordingly. She listens to your concerns patiently and explains the process, root causes in detail.

The Neo team is polite, warm and is highly approachable. They cleared all my doubts and questions related to the treatment, post treatment care/precautions.
