Had an appointment at 4 PM, reached by 4:10, doctor wasn't there. Waited patiently till 4:30 with no update. When I asked, the receptionist didn't even look up from her phone and said, "Doctor is on the way." No response when I asked how long it would take. When i asked she mentioned an
"emergency" in Dadar. A dermatology emergency? Sure. Irrespective of that was the case it should have been communicated with me as soon as the "emergency" came up and asked to reschedule the appointment.
Waited till 4:50 with zero communication or courtesy. No call, no text, no apology. Wasted an hour of my time. If you value punctuality or basic respect, avoid this clinic.

My experience with this dermatologist was extremely disappointing. She was rude and unprofessional throughout the consultation. When I mentioned that the prescribed medicine was not working, she got visibly offended instead of addressing my concerns. It felt like she was only interested in money and not genuinely concerned about patient care. I would strongly not recommend her.

Thank you for your response. However, I need to clarify a few important points for the sake of transparency:
– It is concerning that instead of addressing my feedback professionally, my private medical history has been shared publicly and even mentioned in WhatsApp messages. As a patient, I expected confidentiality, not threats or personal remarks about my weight or lifestyle.
Consultation Experience – My review reflected how I felt during the consultation: dismissed, judged, and spoken to rudely. While medical advice can sometimes be difficult to hear, the way it is communicated matters. Patients deserve empathy and respect, not offensive language.
My Concern – My issue was never about instant results. It was about how my questions and concerns were handled. Instead of explaining treatment calmly, I felt blamed and insulted.
Professional Boundaries – Suggesting lifestyle changes is acceptable, but calling a patient “lazy” or “extremely obese” is inappropriate and unprofessional.
My review was an honest reflection of my experience as a patient. I stand by it so that others can make informed decisions. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve patient communication and professionalism in the future."
