I took my mother for consultation, she had a rash like condition on her scalp. We visited total three times and each time no diagnosis was given just vague answer- ‘it will get better’ but it didn’t get any better, we spent over 10k and there was no improvement at all, the junior doctor will roll her eyes when asked for the diagnosis. Eventually we changed the doctor and saw a difference in just one visit. Overall bad experience.

I usually don’t write negative reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be shared.
I had booked an online consultation with Dr. Meghna, but unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. Prior to the call, I wasn’t asked to share any details about my concerns. When the call began, it lasted barely 5 minutes, and it seemed she was traveling in a car during the consultation, which made her appear distracted.
She came across as curt and didn’t take the time to explain or answer any of my questions. After the call abruptly ended, I followed up by sending my queries via message, but I never received a response.
I had scheduled this consultation because I was genuinely worried about my skin, but it left me feeling more confused and dismissed. Please take care of yourselves and choose a professional who will take the time to understand your concerns and genuinely invest in helping you.
