I visited this doctor a few days back as my regular dermat was out of country. Right from the receptionist to the doctor, everyone is just here for MONEY. The doctor does not care about the real problem, she was picking multiple calls inbetween our conversation which was highly disappointing. She just asked me my symptoms and gave me some medicine saying I would be fine in 7-8 days. Cut to today - 10 days later - MY PROBLEM HAS INCREASED.
Actually I was highly disappointed since the moment I stepped in, the receptionists were very busy in gossiping. After sometime they looked at me, asked me if its my first time, and gave me their phone saying "type in your name". After that they starting looking into their phones again, No courtesy to ask to be seated.. I was standing there for almost 7-8 minutes.
It's highly disappointing to see such staff and such doctors who just want to mint money.

I am writing this review on behalf of a family member who sought treatment from Dr. Hetal for a leg issue. Our experience was profoundly disappointing and, frankly, negligent.
For an entire month, Dr. Hetal strung our relative along, prescribing a series of incremental medications that proved utterly ineffective. At no point did she recommend or even suggest further diagnostic tests, despite the lack of progress. It was only after I personally insisted that my relative seek a second opinion and undergo additional testing with another physician that the true cause of the problem was discovered: undiagnosed diabetes, which was leading to severe oozing in her leg.
Dr. Hetal's failure to identify a critical underlying condition like diabetes, especially when directly linked to the patient's presenting symptoms, is an egregious oversight. This negligence has had lasting consequences; my relative's leg now bears permanent marks that could have been entirely avoided had Dr. Hetal exercised proper diagnostic diligence.
Based on our family's distressing experience, we unequivocally do not recommend Dr. Hetal. Her approach to patient care was not only ineffective but demonstrably harmful, and we urge others to seek medical attention elsewhere.
