I recently visited Dermax Laser Clinic and overall had a positive experience. The clinic is well-equipped and maintains good hygiene, which immediately gave me confidence in their services. The staff and the doctor (Dr. Atul Mishra) were courteous, attentive, and took time to explain each procedure clearly that level of communication matters a lot. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ANY DOCTOR IN MY LIFE!
Scam, rude and arrogant doctor who is just looking to loot patients!
I had a highly disappointing experience at Dermax Skin Clinic for skin tag removal. Initially, I was quoted a consultation fee of ₹600 for larger skin tags over the phone. However, upon visiting, the doctor Atul Mishra was unprofessional, rude, arrogant and quoted an exorbitant ₹3,500 for the procedure, which felt like a blatant attempt to overcharge. He dont know how to speak or treat the customers.
Despite deciding not to proceed due to the outrageous pricing, the doctor still demanded a ₹500 consultation fee for what was essentially no consultation at all—just a brief, unhelpful interaction. The entire experience felt like a scam, and I left without getting the skin tag removed. I strongly advise others to avoid this clinic due to their unprofessional behavior and questionable pricing practices.
