I have been taking services from Clinic Dermatech for the last three years. Initially, when I started with laser hair removal, the manager at that time was really professional and supportive, which encouraged me to take 3–4 more major services. However, over time, as the management and staff kept changing, the service quality has gone from bad to worse.

They have become extremely unprofessional. On multiple occasions (3–4 times now), I have faced issues with appointments. They confirm the booking on call and even send a confirmation message, but on the actual day of the session, they simply say “Sorry ma’am, we forgot to put it in our system. We can book you on another day.” This is unacceptable and shows complete mismanagement.

To make matters worse, when I once raised a complaint with their headquarters in Delhi, instead of addressing the issue, the staff from the branch started spamming me with back-to-back calls. I received 8 missed calls in a row, which felt more like harassment than customer service. Shockingly, the head office also defended them by saying they might have done it out of “pressure,” which clearly shows how little they care about their clients.

Overall, I would give them zero for professionalism. I am just waiting for my package to end because I have no intention of continuing services here. I would not recommend Clinic Dermatech to anyone looking for a reliable and professional experience.
