I had my hair transplant done at Cara Clinic just 10 days ago, and I’m really happy with how everything has gone so far. From the first consultation to the day of the procedure, the entire team was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable.

The doctor explained everything clearly and answered all my questions, which really helped ease my nerves. The procedure itself was smooth and much easier than I expected. The staff were attentive the whole time and made sure I was relaxed and well taken care of.

After the transplant, they gave me detailed aftercare instructions and even followed up to check on my recovery. It’s still early days, but the healing process has been great and everything looks clean and natural.

Normal PRP process : Steps
1)Collecting blood vessels from body(from left hand nerve)
2)Separating Plasma from Blood vessels
3)Anesthesia on the skull
4)Microneedling
5)Injecting plasma

Microneedling for hair loss is a procedure that uses a device with tiny needles to create micro-injuries on the scalp, stimulating the body's natural healing process to boost collagen production, increase blood flow, and promote hair growth.it is like a probe on the skull

Hence "Transparent" ,"Truthful" ,"Clarity" since they told me to intake "protein naturally" and they reply to WhatsApp messages & in hair clinic "interactive"

last 6 photos : After 5 days of 2nd PRP session ..my 2nd PRP Session happened on 4th August 2025.

Gaps where too much ..it has reduced significantly ...gaps where due to hair thinning and 5% hair fall

Today is 9th and 17th August 2025

Without any medicines and without any serum and without any shampoo ...without any soap

I just applied "parachute coconut oil"..
Only 2 sessions of Normal PRP along with micro needling.

I just know it just increase fossil diameter of existing hairs inside the root/skull hence reducing the space /gaps on the skull (bald space/spots on the skull) ....no new hairs are grown coz of hair loss...as per my knowledge there should be 60,000 hairs on the above skull And just decreasing the hair thinning / hair falling issues by providing plasma(blood cells..like sucking blood from body and separating plasma ) to dead cells ..injecting with injection plasma on the skull by strengthening the hairs..

""I have 15% to 20% : hair thinning issue" & "5% Hair loss"""...as a safety measure i asked them blood test hence Cara denied but still prevention is better than cure

They also provided me before and after guides after Normal PRP session and explained me in hair clinic if can pain during head down and headache or itching how to takle it after PRP session...redness on the skull

I asked them serum ,shampoo and vitamin that they recommended nice evrything

i will attach 4 collages of 4 normal PRP sessions and along with 1 more review (Before and After Normal PRP)

Max 5 sessions of Normal PRP can be done...but still Cara suggested me only 4 sessions of Normal PRP """""Truthfulness"""""

I never thought I will go anytime to hair clinic unfortunately due to access drinking and smoking habits in 2022 & 2023 ...and dengue : change in living lifestyle : i got this problem I think
