⭐ Warning: Do not buy makeup from here : I had a terrible experience purchasing the Kay Beauty Cushion Foundation from this store. I picked what seemed like a fresh piece because they were running a discount — big mistake.

When I opened the product, there was dark grey-brown silt on the foil seal, the rim was cracked, and product had leaked and smudged all over. The seal wouldn’t close properly, meaning the 14g product would easily dry up further.

I reached out to Kay Beauty customer care with pictures, hoping for a replacement. After multiple reminders, someone from Nykaa (not even Kay Beauty) replied asking for order details. I clarified multiple times it was an offline store purchase, yet after days of back-and-forth, they simply said, “Not our problem, contact the store.”

When I went back to the store, the sales girl argued loudly, dismissing me and saying I should’ve opened and checked before buying. A senior staff member was called, who said, “Leave the product here, if the company helps, we’ll see. If not, my staff is right.”

So basically — brands dump their damaged or expired stock here, and the store washes its hands off after taking your money. You’re left stuck with spoiled, unusable products and zero accountability.

There’s a reason genuine makeup is sold at full price — it’s fresh, original, and quality-checked. I’ve now lost my money and product, and neither Kay Beauty, Nykaa, nor this store (“Beautiful”) has taken responsibility.

💬 Lesson: Don’t fall for small discounts. What you get here may already be expired, damaged, or unsafe.

I bought Versace Eros and Bvlgari Man in Black Perfume and they turned out to be fake. Their fragrance only lasts for max 3-4 hours. The bottle and packing appears to be genuine, but You will know when You’ll use it. I paid approx 9k for 150ml for Bvlgari and 7.5k for 100ml bottle of Versace eros.

I HIGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON SUCH FAKE STORES.
