Very disappointing experience, the staff is not well trained and lacks knowledge of the treatments they offer and are not able to explain the ingredients used in the treatment nor offer any advise about the after effects of the treatment.
The exact cost of the treatment is not mentioned beforehand, just an estimate and after the treatment is done they ask you to pay more than double of what was mentioned, kind of a scam, Beware .

I recently had a disappointing experience at [Arisia] that I feel compelled to share.

Initially, I was informed that a payment of 100,000 would secure discounts, but I ended up facing unexpected additional charges for creams that were not disclosed to me beforehand. Communication was lacking throughout the process; I was promised a call on Friday for updates, which never happened.
Upon arriving for my treatment, I was not adequately informed about the procedures I was about to undergo. It is essential for clients to be aware of the treatments, their effects, and any potential costs beforehand. Unfortunately, I experienced unwanted bruising, which made attending a funeral the following day quite uncomfortable.

Moreover, the invoice did not reflect the 50% discount that was initially discussed, leading to further confusion and frustration.

I had hoped for a more professional approach and felt that I would be treated like family, but this was not the case. I hope my feedback helps improve their communication and client care in the future.

Do not fall for the fake reviews. Waste of time and money. It is expensive and they don't even deliver results. The doctor is not at all bothered about your concerns - she will keep suggesting more and more products and procedures. They will rip you off. Her treatments don't even work. If you question her, or mention that you're not happy with the results, then she will get annoyed, and starts disrespecting customers. She thinks she is the best, and that she is always right. I've spent more than 70K at this clinic but have hardly seen any improvement!
