One of the worst Private clinic you can come across . Went for Permanent fill up of teeth .
Was assured by Dr Dipti Sen that the fill-up of teeth will be Permanent. But 2 weeks after the treatment , the material used is getting loose and in turn affecting my tongue. Want to understand from the team what sort of service are you providing ?You are charging hell lot of a money .Least we could expect is proper quality of material and efficiency from Doctors , both the things are missing .
Same thing has happened with my wife. She has been coming to see this doctor for quite some time.
But everytime the material that has been used is way below standard
I am not in favor of giving negative reviews but this time I could not hold my self back .
The management should understand that they are there to provide service to the customers and for that they are paid . And if they are not proficient enough or if you don't have the tools to handle complicated cases then should stop this particular service on urgent basis .
We know that you are not a charitable trust and we don't expect you to be.
But least we could expect is proper utilization of the money we are paying.
Extremely disappointed with the way things has turned out to be.

There is a dentist here, a Dr. Shiva Shankar Roy i believe, who should be barred from the medical practice.
He traumatized me 6 years ago with a tooth extraction and badly-planned implant procedure that I have suffered for all these years and am having to undo today.
Terrible place and terrible doctor.
Hope it shuts down.
Dr Shiva Shankar was RUDE, behaved unprofessionally with my aged grandmother and his only focus was making money, not fixing my problem

Staff is not helpful at all especially at the reception. Place is nasty and owner does not seem to take care of the place well and is only interested in money making. Other hospitals have far better facility at same price. I visited Dr. Shivaji for hernia. The doctor was good but the facility was not. The doctor asked for a female staff as I visited alone. The staff made him wait for 20 minutes before arriving. He had to call the receptionist instead in order to reduce my wait time. This is how bad the service is.
