I was in complete trauma and consulted Dr Srinjoy Saha who immediately used regenerative techniques to heal the burns. He drew blood from my hand, processed it, and then injected it in my face. Not a single medicine was used, it was just my blood that was being used for healing me. The burnt scabs fell off within 4 days and new skin regenerated. The outcome was amazing. I was diagnosed with a big lipoma next to my right collar bone. The scary part was that the lipoma was growing and was almost the size of my palm when I visited Dr Srinjoy Saha for consultation. He examined the lipoma and suggested some tests. Based on the USG report which showed a benign lump of fat, he gave me multiple choices:
1. No surgery – leave it as is for now BUT will need immediate attention if the pace of lipoma growth increases.
2. Minimally invasive surgery – to extract the fat which will leave no scar HOWEVER there is a chance that the lipoma may grow back after 5 years.
3. Removal surgery – lipoma to be completely removed which will leave a visible scar.

After much deliberation, I chose option 3 i.e. complete removal of the lipoma.

Prior to the surgery, Dr Saha explained the procedure that he planned to use for the surgery in detail including the fact that he will use biomaterials to regrow the gap left behind post-surgery. He also explained to me that every human body heals differently and the outcome may turn out different from what we expect. The transparency with which he explained things at every step gave me the assurance that I was in good hands.

What was supposed to be a simple surgery turned out very complex as multiple tumours were discovered while doing the surgery which was not visible in the USG report. A lot of mass had to be removed and the biomaterials worked like magic. I did not even need a drain post-surgery which pleasantly surprised my friends and relatives. After the post-surgery routine visits were done with, Dr Saha told me to come back after two years. It is a year and half since my surgery and no one will be able to spot any difference between my two collar bone regions at a glance. A thin scar and a slight depression are visible on closer inspection and I am really delighted with the outcome. Truly blessed to have found Dr Saha…Thank you very much for everything!
