Dr mehnaz is very sweet and polite with her patients I liked the way she spoke to me. I was suffering from acne since a very long time, she asked me to get my blood tests done, which i did and i was suffering from pcos, could be because of that i had acne but whatever be the reason I agreed to buy a 24k package for acne, in which we could have paid 8k per session. So i paid 8k and we started off with the package, the first step was hydrafacial, i personally told them that earlier i had gone through this facial and it doesnt suits my skin, yet they proceeded with it.
Then my skin was full of acne which i never had in the last 7 years, ill attach an image of before & after treatment. Firstly i paid 8k for the 1st session, then i bought the medicines which again costed me 6k which is quite expensive for a 24year old girl.. then again i had to suffer soo much. I had to spend again on a new set of medications given by my dermat, i had to go through both mental and physical harassment during that time. My point is even if you people are charging a fortune, please give results to your patients.

And medicine is also very expensive. While consulting she talks very well about her package So that she can sell her package. After taking the package she neither values the patient nor the time. She has no value for anything. She herself is not on time. I have to wait for 3 hours to get the treatment . And for peeling i has to wait more than 1 hour

The staff lacks Professionalism and so does their head.
Also you have to buy products from their own pharmacy which is handled by some novice and not a pharmacist.
Because I didn't proceed with the package the beautician suggested me numerous so called #medicated products to treat acne which backfired and increased the inflammation on my face.
Eventually I had to re visit them again and they asked me to return the products and to buy something else in return as they could not return the amount of ₹4200 to me as per their policies.
I regret going to the clinic! :(

The treatment is good but the wait time is long,they do not care about the customers time,even after giving appointment I had to wait more than 2 hours with no update on when the treatment would start,becoz they had a one-off laser day hence they were only treating people enrolled for laser and already enrolled patients for other treatment had to wait,wait and wait.Disappointed a lot,they should focus more on time management rather than making people wait despite giving appointments,The Treatment is fine no doubt but please work on wait time.
Also,one more feedback,some patients who came after me were treated before and I had to wait despite coming on time,guess they had some privilege to sneak in.

Hair growth treatment takes sometime to show the effect,so we must have little patience to see the actual results. I have advised around 10 of my colleagues and friends.
