I have undergone chemical peeling treatment for my Acne and I would say that the staffs are polite and humble but I am not satisfied with the results even after completing 6 sessions. I was ensured that this treatment will give me permanent results but now I am facing acne breakouts again on my face

After my fifth carbon-Q switch laser sessions
I am giving this review on Kaya loudon -
1. The staffs are very much u professional (Ms. SAHELI- not well behaved, she gives so much negative attitude to visitors and customers) and other staffs don’t call at regular sessions for session reminder
They don’t even think to inform if the doctor is unwell and on leave and you service is going to be done by some other person who doesn’t even consult with ur doctor before treatment and provides treatment just for the sake of doing the job
I had lip Q- switch along with face Caron Q- switch and the job was done by the other doctor just for the sake of completing the job she fine so fast without concentrating on the issue areas
Worst service

2. I came with one marks and got 5 more stubborn marks on my face and returning after 5th sessions with 5 more marks

3. Their products are worthless had taken oral glutathione it’s worthless doesn’t show any result, and dual glow serum gives more acne and gluta glow is also bad shows no results

4. They took the payment 1500/- per sessions for lip Q-Switch and today the doctor( Dr. Swati Ganguli) who has done the job
As my own doctor Pinki was on leave, so Dr swati even after telling her I have lip Q - Switch session l, she exactly like gave few secs and didn’t not give a proper session also and took 1500/- nothing less than cheating on customers
Such a worst treatment they gave

It’s my earnest request to all stop visiting such unprofessional clinics and I have done a blunder as these people charged me 26k approximately but they took my face as their experimenting tool and returned me more marks as their service and their staffs are more pathetic

Please guys before investing think twice we all want to look good but if these kind of return services we get then it’s better to remain the same I messed up my face n allowed them to play with my face literally

Kaya Loudon gave me a rectified service by my own doctor Pinki but I still had all the marks and shadows on my face after all the 6 sessions

Service is excellent, i am so far very happy with my service , everybody is nice over here specially front desk saheli help me a lot and guide me all through my service including doctor.
