She is not only very knowledgeable of what she is doing, but her friendly attitude makes the sessions very comfortable for me. Ruma makes the entire process comfortable and provides excellent service with great care. A special thanks to Shreya, who has been doing my sessions throughout—she is skilled, patient, and always makes me feel comfortable. Her friendly approach and consistency make every session smooth.

The doctors and the rest of the Kaya staff are also excellent—always attentive, caring, and supportive. Their professionalism gives me complete confidence in the treatment.

I don’t know about the service at other Kaya branches, but this one is horrible. This review is specifically about the Kaya Clinic – Purna Das Road branch, and my experience here was terrible!

I went for laser treatment two months before my wedding and clearly informed them about my marriage date during the first consultation. They confidently assured me I’d see results, but after three expensive sessions, there was not even 10% improvement! I invested my money, time, and trust, but all I got was disappointment.

The doctors and staff gave me false promises, scheduled two sessions just 10 days apart, and never informed me about the mandatory precautions before treatment which led to skin burns. To make it worse, I had different doctors in all three sessions, each giving contradictory advice. There’s zero coordination between the receptionist (who randomly schedules appointments without proper knowledge) and the doctors, and it honestly feels like their only goal is to sell expensive packages, not deliver real results.

If my timeline wasn’t suitable, they should have told me upfront instead of misleading me, wasting money, and risking my skin. I chose Kaya thinking it was a trusted clinic, but this branch turned out to be unprofessional, careless, and extremely disappointing.
