My simple point is I went there for a hydrafacial session done, this time pimples popped because of excessive pressure at a particular point by the therapist, at a particular section of my face, Rest my face was fine. I just tried to convey the Bhawanipur branch manager, she was extremely rude in her tone and started telling me the lists of services she suggested. She doesn't understand anything. Which the chinnar park manager well understood and guided.

She will again start commenting in her annoying tone about the whole number of services she suggested with out understanding anything. I am least bothered, the owner should be accountable of all this things happening unnecessarily. The branch manager at chinnar park is really good and understanding in nature but I can't travel so far location.

The front desk lady has a lot of attitude and won't even clarify the price or product details. She had the cheek to tell that when you want to buy then will tell you price so should I go ahead and commit without knowing the price or the product specs?
This is what happens when incompetent people with no sales skills are put out representing the salon. The technicians aren't bad but no cross selling or upselling. They do not even want to disclose the price of another treatment, so how do you expect the client to buy. Maybe they think if a client has paid today, why shall he pay again and buy one more treatment. Lack of basic soft skills.
The owner needs to really sort out his staff and ensure his front desk is more welcoming so it doesn't turn the clients away.
