We had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Kaushik Lahiri. Despite his 34 years of professional experience, he did not bother to listen to the patient’s problems. We travelled from another district with the hope of getting proper consultation, only to be charged ₹1700 as a visiting fee for barely any interaction. He did not explain the issue, did not provide clarity, and hardly uttered a word during the consultation.
What made things worse is that after consuming the medicines prescribed by him, the infection and allergy actually became even worse instead of improving. This clearly shows the lack of proper attention and diagnosis.
As a doctor, being in a service profession, one should at least listen, diagnose carefully, and communicate properly with patients who come with trust and expectations. Unfortunately, this experience was completely worthless and disheartening. I sincerely hope he improves his approach and treats patients with the respect, care, and medical responsibility they deserve.

I had a consultation with Dr. Kaushik Lahiri 3 months ago at Apollo Multispecialty Hospital, and I must say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my health. Even though I had to wait for almost three hours to meet him, every minute of that wait was absolutely worth it.
Dr. Lahiri, with his over three decades of experience, gave me the right guidance and treatment for my concerns. I was suffering from severe scalp pain and heavy hair fall, and within just one and a half weeks of following his prescribed treatment, the results were remarkable. My hair fall stopped completely, and most importantly, the scalp pain I had been struggling with was gone. Now I feel confident again and can style my hair however I want, without any discomfort.
Although the medicines he prescribed were a bit costly, the effectiveness and life-changing results made it all worthwhile. Dr. Lahiri is not only the best dermatologist, but also a wonderful human being, an excellent writer, and a true motivator. He listened attentively, examined my scalp thoroughly, and with full confidence said, “Use it, I hope you will get recovered successfully.” His words and his treatment worked like magic.
In my experience, he is the best indeed—the kind of doctor whose expertise, warmth, and positivity make all the difference. Waiting three hours for him is nothing compared to being cured for life. Thank you so much, Dr. Lahiri, for giving me back my confidence and peace of mind.

A truly knowledgeable physician, Dr. Lahiri is not only qualified dermatologist but one who is highly sensitive towards his patients' skin concerns. He is quite approachable and very much available when you need him.

I have visited Dr.Koushik Lariri, he is very humble and knowledge doctor.
I had visited him for some skin disease which was there for almost 6 months, I tried many doctors. But didn't got satisfied results. Final after consultation with Dr.Lahiri I got satisfied and my skin got remission after 1 month of proper medication, follow up.

Please check yourself some more reviews that even after 35 years of exp, patients are still complaining about your behaviour as a doctor.
I hope that as a doctor you know that your only work is not to write medicine it further to make patients compassionate, safe and satisfied with your treatment.
I waited 45 mins and paid 1700 just for you to write a prescription for 3 mins even without check what all disease I had.
Please don't bring more shame to the doctor’s of this city, because for some bad experience like this ppl loose faith in Kolkata’s doctor and have to rush to Chennai and all.
Nevertheless I will start your medicine and will review after 1 month. Hope to see that you have improved and my skin problem too.
