I am a loyal customer having laser sessions for the past 3 years. I am talking about the Kolkata branch, previously Tarannum ma'am used to do my sessions, she was amazingly good at her job, patient & professional. Now there is another technician in place of her and she is horrible. She did all the work hastily, she hardly took 2 mins for both of my underarms so i restrained from doing the other parts. I had to say her how can just by hovering the machine once is regarded as completed!! Work is Not up to the mark.
