The clinic maintains a very clean and hygienic environment.The staff are polite, professional, and always make sure you feel at ease during every visit.

Special thanks to Abdul, who has been extremely polite, professional, and attentive throughout the process. He made sure I was comfortable during every session and patiently answered all my questions.

The only minor drawback is the lack of dedicated car parking. Availability can be a bit unpredictable depending on the day.

Highly recommend their services for anyone considering LHR or other skin treatments!

I came here from Seattle, USA and heard good things about the clinic. Unfortunately the reviews don't justify what I experienced. Highly commercial and it was a waste of time and money. Dr. Supriya was very knowledgeable and patient. She took her time with the consultation.

But the nutritionist was pathetic by far. She gave me 0 nutritional advice. The interaction lasted less than 3 minutes only for her to say "everything looks good. Come back later." I know it looks good but I'm here because of stubborn fat despite extensive diet and exercise. She didn't even bother to ask what I eat in a day, how are my energy levels nothing! She was extremely rushed and brushed me off just to keep looking at her phone. If the owners are reading this, please either make her return her degree or get her the right training please!

After the consultation, it was time to discuss next steps and the plan forward. They conveniently left out the fact that the medication they provide is only for 15 days with a whopping 8000/- but prescribe a 3 month minimum plan. What a scam!
You charge 900/- for a haphazard consultation and don't even give a month's worth of medication? Your body is only adapting to new things the first couple of weeks. It is literally a pre-trial. When I denied taking any of the plan, the entire attitude of the staff changed. Let me tell you, you wasted MY time. I'm the one that needs to feel frustrated and yet I was nothing but polite.

For new customers who are here based on what you see outside, please consider this review. I have nothing to lose here and will be back to Seattle in a few weeks. This is a very honest review. I will not be consulting with you guys in the future nor will I recommend anybody I know to come here. You just lost a fitness and health conscious person trying to better her lifestyle. I hope you do better in the future.
