I recently visited Oliva for laser hair reduction, and my experience has been exceptional from start to finish.
The clinic maintains high standards of hygiene and professionalism, and the staff ensures that every client feels comfortable and well-informed before each session. My consultation was detailed — the dermatologist/technician clearly explained the laser technology used, expected results, and post-treatment care.
The laser system at Oliva is advanced and suitable for Indian skin tones, offering effective results with minimal discomfort. I noticed a significant reduction in hair growth after just a few sessions, and the remaining growth is much finer and lighter.
What stands out most is the clinic’s commitment to safety and customized care. Each session is tailored based on skin type, hair density, and sensitivity, ensuring the best possible results without irritation or side effects.

I honestly can't believe how terrible the customer service here is. It's beyond frustrating. They never pick up the phone and when they do, i am given the same excuse everytime - we will confirm and call back shortly. (They never do). I have been left hanging in multiple occasions.
Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I can't see how they justify their salaries when they can't even follow through a simple damn task!!

On the other hand, the doctors and technicians and quite well behaved. I am a regular customer only because of them.

My experience at Oliva Clinic,Gachibowli was absolutely terrible. On my first visit, they recommended chemical peeling without even discussing my skin type or concerns in depth. They proceeded with the treatment and gave me some products to use. Initially, my skin seemed okay, but after a couple of days, it started worsening, and I developed rashes on areas of my face that weren't even having any issues.

What's even more concerning is that they didn't investigate the root cause of my skin issues. Instead, they asked me to come back with blood tests done on the next visit. Despite not knowing how my skin would react for the peeling,they had the nerve to set up a LASER treatment plan for future sessions and asked for advance payment so that I could avail EMI. It's clear they are more focused on making money than providing genuine care.

The products given didn't agree with my skin, and the chemical peeling seemed too harsh. I would advise the clinic to be more cautious in their approach, especially when it comes to sensitive skin treatments.

Maybe it was just a bad experience, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for gentle and effective skin care solutions without proper consideration of skin types and potential reactions.

I would strongly advise against this clinic. The lack of proper consultation, care, and transparency is alarming.
Save your money and seek treatment elsewhere.

I want to share my recent experience regarding appointment management and customer courtesy at Oliva.

I had an appointment scheduled at 2:00 PM for a treatment that was supposed to last around 1 hour—this was informed to me at the time of booking. Unfortunately, on the day of the appointment, I faced a genuine emergency where my car broke down unexpectedly, I was struggling with Cab bookings as well. I called the clinic and informed them that I would be 30 minutes late, and politely requested if the doctor could accommodate me considering the situation.

To my surprise, I was told that the doctor would leave around 2:30–2:45 PM and cannot wait. This left me confused because if my treatment was scheduled for an hour starting at 2:00, how is it logically possible for the doctor to leave by 2:30–2:45? It simply doesn’t add up.

I understand that doctors have busy schedules, but some basic courtesy and flexibility are expected when a patient is facing a genuine issue. Emergencies can happen with anyone, and a reputed clinic should be prepared to handle such situations with empathy, not rigidity.

Honestly, I didn’t expect this kind of response and lack of accommodation from Oliva, especially given the cost and reputation associated with their services.

I sincerely hope the management reflects on this feedback and brings in a more patient-friendly and empathetic approach in such scenarios going forward.
