I am giving a 1-star rating only because of the behavior of certain doctors who are not well-mannered. I truly appreciate *Layers* for their genuine intention of providing good healthcare services at a reasonable price for common people. I completely support Layers and their service.

However, my actual review is specifically for Dr. E. Akhila (Dermatologist, MD Surgeon). Unfortunately, she does not seem to know how to properly communicate with patients. Her way of speaking was rude and very irresponsible.

As a doctor, one is expected to show patience, maturity, and empathy while interacting with patients. Instead, I experienced the opposite. When we simply questioned her about her rude way of speaking, she turned the matter around and accused us of shouting at her, which was not the case. Shockingly, in the middle of the conversation, she chose to leave her chair and walk away. This is not professional behavior and certainly not how patients should be treated.

Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the individual but also affects the reputation of the institution and her educators. Mrs. E. Akhila should work on improving her attitude and learn to treat patients with respect and kindness. My intention in sharing this feedback is to ensure that no other patient faces such an unpleasant experience in the future.
