I called them at 17:30 on 07.10.25 and the receptionist said that the doctor will be there at 18:00. I reached the clinic at 17:45, waited until 18:45 and the doctor did not come. It was so unprofessional, every time I went to the receptionist to ask about the doctor she would say 5 mins and then 15 mins would pass by. I finally left without consultation. May be these people should also understand that patients are also human beings who have other things in life to do as well. I would have highly appreciated if the receptionist would have been more truthful rather than lying and making me wait for no reason. I was so sad while driving home because they made me waste 1 hour.
