Very disappointing experience. The doctor was extremely arrogant and barely took the time to listen to my concerns. She even boasted about seeing 30–40 patients a day, which felt unnecessary, especially when there was no one waiting outside her office. What stood out the most was the lack of empathy and respect shown towards patients. A reputed hospital like Yashoda truly deserves doctors who are more compassionate, attentive, and professional.

I visited this doctor at Yashoda hospitals for a body acne issue. During my first consultation, she quickly diagnosed it as hormonal acne within seconds and prescribed medication, soap, lotion, and a cream. She also recommended a treatment plan lasting six months, with monthly sessions priced at ₹15,000 each.
While I initially agreed, I was surprised when she insisted on paying for all sessions upfront. After I requested to pay for just three months instead, she reluctantly agreed but made it clear that discount requests like this were unwelcome.
I don’t understand the rationale behind paying for multiple sessions at once when the treatment is spaced monthly. It feels like either a bulk payment demand which she needs is taken out of my pocket or a way to secure payment regardless of whether fewer sessions would suffice. While I can afford the ₹90,000 upfront, I am not comfortable doing so, which is why I decided to switch doctors.
I lost ₹700 on the initial consultation, but I’d rather avoid committing to a plan I might regret. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I can only give one star.
