Doctor spends time with patients in seconds not in minutes. I went to get normal skin care routine. Doctor says his assistant will explain the skincare routine and how to use it. His assistant says since am not buying medicines here they don't explain . neither doctor explains nor his assistant explains, who will explain me. You explained treatment procedure for 10 mins. But not interested in giving me basic question of my skin care routine. After paying doctor consultation fee, again do I need to visit other doctor just to get skin care routine.

While the doctors themselves are good, the clinic is very poorly managed. There is no appointment system at all, only walk-ins, which means every visit comes with hours of unnecessary waiting.

On top of that, they charge full consultation fees even for a follow-up after a treatment. This makes no sense. Why should patients pay again just to check on a treatment they already paid for, especially if the results are not satisfactory?

The lack of basic systems and unfair billing practices really take away from the quality of the doctors. Unless these issues are fixed, I would not recommend this clinic.
