When we approached for treatment related doubts, she started raising voice towards patient and saying I've explained everything already and can't explain more on this. She never asked for concern to the patient and directly moved into treatment. Also staffs doesn't informed abt treatment availability. Please improve on communication and service related stuff @uma Sethuraman
