Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service at Kilpauk Branch (23-05-2025)

I am writing to bring to public attention a disappointing experience I had during my visit to your Kilpauk branch on 23rd May 2025, around 7:00 PM.

I visited the store with the intention of purchasing Mamaearth face wash and Silver colour Nail Polish. However, during the billing process, one of your sales girl exhibited unprofessional behavior while taking down my phone number. She entered my number incorrectly and was quite rude and impatient when I tried to clarify the correct digits.

As a regular customer at your Adyar and Anna Nagar branches, I have always appreciated the courteous service provided. However, the behavior I experienced at the Kilpauk branch—conveniently located near my office—was quite indecent and not in line with the standard of service I have come to expect from Health & Glow.

I hope the customer care team will look into this matter seriously and take appropriate steps to ensure that customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

Awesome staff, always helpful. I needed some eye liners and the whole team was deployed in giving me all the options they had. They have a wide range of products and there’s something for everyone. There was young child in the store and he was trying to convince his mother to buy him some treats!!

Worst worst store. People here have no integrity.Beware of this store. They sell used products. Fraudulent company. Bought a product and found it was used. When I went back immediately to get a refund they made me wait for 1 hr and refused to refund me. Never ever buy anything from this store. Such stores should be sealed for doing such fraudulent work. They don't care about the customers. They are only here to steal your money for used products.
