He was out on an errand on the road, had gone shopping I guess, because he walked into a shop and cut the call saying he'll look at my photos and send me a prescription. Didn't ask me a single question. I had to ask him "Doctor, isn't there anything you want to know about me?", and he said "no". As a patient I felt he didn't take any effort to make me feel heard, let alone share a diagnosis or treatment plan. Unclear why I had to pay Rs 1600 for this.
