I recently accompanied my friend to the Deep Skin Dialogues clinic for a consultation. She was interested in hair fall, facial laser treatments, and pigmentation removal. As I had previously undergone CO2 laser treatment for deep scars, my friend brought me along for a more informed consultation.

The doctor was warm and explained everything in detail. I asked about the post-laser treatment process, sharing my experience with CO2. The doctor clarified the differences between CO2 and laser hair removal treatments.

After discussing my friend's concerns, the doctor suggested products for hair pigmentation, leaving the decision to purchase up to my friend.

As we prepared to leave, the doctor inquired about my CO2 treatment and offered an 80% improvement guarantee if I underwent the treatment again at their clinic. She shared before-and-after results from previous clients.

I asked about the treatment cost, and the doctor directed me to the accounts team. However, the staff member present during the consultation seemed hesitant, implying that a separate bill and payment would be required for the treatment.

Upon inquiring about the cost outside, I encountered extremely rude behavior from the staff. They demanded to know who suggested the treatment and insisted on creating a separate bill and payment. This experience left a sour taste, suggesting that the clinic prioritizes profits over patient care.

When my friend declined to purchase the suggested products, the staff's demeanor turned even more unpleasant. Their behavior seemed to imply that they only respect wealthy clients.

Overall, our experience at Deep Skin Dialogues was disappointing due to the staff's unprofessional and rude behavior.

I’m plus size and to have full legs laser hair removal was a nightmare for me cos when I was waxing previously the parlour aunties would comment on it. But the safe environment provided by your staff is second to none! ♥️

The story:

Everyone does have some or the other problems in their face.So my friend like suggested me to use sunscreen, moisturizer what not many. It was all new to me why to spend money of all this just one Cream will be enough right.but after months results started showing and was amazed ( not drastic but little).so was asking how did u know all these things.so she said chinmayi was her inspiration to skincare, women rights etc...then one day started seeing dsd in her posts and fixed my mind to go there.

The Pre - Analysis :

So had went to clinic with so much of excitement following Chinmay akka's posts and kumudini mam's explanation of treatments at dsd.
So got my appointment fixed with doctor Salma, so she curated a skin care regime for day and night after listening to all of my skin and hair problems like acne ,pigmentation ,hair loss etc.Her patience Level is like 5 star I would say as I did asked lot of questions ,she clearly explained everything .

The Results:

Skin started glowing and acne marks fading after 1 month regular usage.

The Treatments:

Dermal fusion- Treatment which extracts all the dirt and infuses vitamin c serum and other serums to get a glowy look not only from outside also from inside.

Laser toning:
I do had my first session with all mixed feelings. Firstly alovera gel to calm the face,next laser on my face sounded like crackers bursting on diwali .haha had pain but it reduced by keeping ice.after that chamomile sleep mask for 20 mins followed by sunscreen..skin doesn't show any appearance of change but it takes time for that. Overall thanks to Dr.salma for doing this procedure with ease.

The Conclusion:

Even if it is a sunny or rainy day or u stay in indoors,sunscreen must to follow. So here is my final one ..thanks to Dr Salma,dr.kumudini,Chinmayi akka for bringing up such a great skin care treatment centre .And also special thanks to Shalini who took care of the skin while treatment is going on.

I have been following Chinmayi akka for a long time and got started into proper skincare only cause of her. One year ago, I started off with just a simple morning routine from Isle Of Skin range of products. I was totally impressed! I'm sure all of us would have experimented with lot of products growing up and mostly either failed to understand what's going on or ended up in worsening the condition eventually even if it showed results in the beginning. But Isle of Skin is totally a game changer!

And as a satisfied customer already I was elated for the launch of Deep Skin Dialogues and started to visit DSD Chennai for back acne and laser hair reduction. Dr Kumudini is the chief dermatologist there and from experience again, She is the best in terms of diagnosing, explaining, prescribing the right medicines and skin care products (only the right amount and needed ones). Moreover, she is a very kind person, patiently clarifies all our queries even over call/msg while we are undergoing the treatment. Skin care takes time, patience and consistent effort. This she makes it clear at the very beginning and helps us throughout our journey.

Reg Laser hair reduction, It is not a well known subject. I gathered whatever little knowledge I have through Chinmayi akka's Q&A, some self learning and discussion with Dr Kumudini. I have had 5 sessions completed already and the experience has been nothing short of EXCELLENT. Laser hair reduction as I see in many ads is marketed as "Painless" I guess mostly cause a gel is used (but it won't give desired result). At DSD, the laser set up is mainly curated for Indian skin. Pain gradually increases from session to session, but don't you worry, the absolutely kind and warm staff nurses who perform the procedure make you feel comfortable. We basically work as a team during the procedure. The hospitality at DSD is outstanding! I've been suggesting DSD to lot of my friends and they're happy customers as well! The space is a very cosy and comfortable one, feels like a relaxation centre! :D
