I had one of the worst experiences at Kaya Clinic. The appointment booking experience itself was unsatisfactory, unprofessional due to the bad behaviour of the staff. But what shocked me more was the sheer arrogance of the clinic manager, Shweta, who had the audacity to say “Do whatever you can” when I raised my concerns. I was calling her to get confirmation for my appointment but these arrogant lady thinks who can say whatever she can and yelling at me.

Such unprofessionalism and disrespect towards customers is beyond belief. If this is how Kaya Clinic treats people, then they clearly don’t value their clients. Absolutely unacceptable.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. If it were possible to give a negative rating, I absolutely would.

I had an appointment scheduled, but upon arriving, I was made to wait for 45 minutes. Eventually, the manager (Shweta) informed me that the doctor was unavailable and asked me to reschedule for Saturday. Despite the inconvenience, I agreed and returned on Saturday for my laser session.

Unfortunately, the experience was no better. I was again kept waiting for 30–35 minutes before the session began. During the session, the therapist abruptly asked me to wait for “just 5 to 10 minutes” as another customer had a facial appointment. I patiently agreed, but ended up waiting for over 40 minutes.

To make matters worse, the manager later came and told me that if I couldn’t wait any longer, I was free to change and leave. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially considering I’ve paid ₹60,000 for these services.

I expect a proper response and resolution from Kaya Clinic’s management team. This level of service is simply not acceptable for the price customers are paying.
