I’ve been coming to Aura Skin Clinic since January and I’ve had zero complaints about anything related to my skin. I regularly get a hydra facial done here and it lives up to the standard and the after effect on the skin is great! It is hygienic and follows all sanitary protocols.

I wanted to share my experience with laser hair removal in case you're thinking about trying it. Like a lot of people, I was tired of constantly waxing. After doing some research (and talking myself into the cost), I finally booked a consultation at Aura skin and aesthetics clinic by Dr.Aishani shah and I’m honestly glad I did.

I won’t lie—laser hair removal does sting a little, especially during the first session. It’s often described as feeling like a rubber band snap, and that’s pretty accurate. Some areas (like the bikini line) were more sensitive than others. Vishakha was the person who thankfully finished most sessions under 30 minutes, and was very gentle and patient during whole session so the discomfort was over quickly.

I started seeing results after the second or third session. The hair grew back thinner and patchier, and in some areas, it stopped growing completely. After six sessions, I’d say I had about 85-90% reduction in hair growth.

Another treatment which I took was Q switch laser. Dr.Aishani and her technician Vishakha took time to ask about my skin history (sun exposure, sensitivities), what I hoped to achieve, what my concerns/fears were. That made me relax a lot. She explained what laser she’d use, why, and what realistic results I should expect. No overpromising. That honesty meant a lot.

Going into the treatment, I was a mix of hopeful and anxious. When they first turned on the laser, I felt the typical “snap” sensation—a quick sting, warmth, a smell of slightly burnt skin (or hair, depending on the area). It wasn’t fun, but it wasn’t unbearable either. Dr. Aishani’s technician Vishakha used numbing cream ahead of time that made a big difference to my comfort level.

immediately after, my skin was red, a little swollen, a bit tender. Vishakha provided clear instructions: avoid sun, use a gentle moisturizer, no harsh exfoliants, avoid makeup for a while, etc.

Clinic Staff followed up the next day virtually/check‑in to see how I was doing. That follow‑through was reassuring.

The first couple of days, the skin felt tight; there was slight peeling/fla­king in places. But it wasn’t catastrophic — socially manageable, thanks to good aftercare, which she insisted on.

What surprised me was how noticeable the improvement was after just one session. Areas of pigmentation started lightening; skin texture felt smoother. For certain spots, I could see them fading. It wasn’t perfect, and some stubborn spots still remain, but the progress is very encouraging.

What I loved about her and staff was they were professional and kind. She and her team made me feel safe, not just like a “procedure”.
Visible improvement: Not instant perfection, but enough change that I feel happier about my skin.

I would definitely Recommend Dr.Aishani especially if you want someone who balances expertise with empathy, who sets realistic expectations, and follows through.
