I had the worst experience here. I haven't taken the treatment considering the attitude of the staff specially.
It's was my emergency and went there to use the washroom. But the staff over there literally insulted me that it's not the public one. On my informing that it's an emergency they shouted t me and denayed the use. Where in its the gov rule that in case of emergency none of the institute can demay the use of washroom.

If a clinic which is on the medical based does not understand situation hell with such institute.

@dr urvi and @dr dhvanil need to check your staff and also there nonsense behaviour. Especially the lady in the Pharmacy. If this is the behaviour on a normal matter then what will you guys do when something happens while treatment. Will you shout on use.
