I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Dhurat. She did not examine me properly and immediately prescribed multiple medicines (antiviral, antifungal, antihistamine, and a cream from her clinic) without identifying the actual cause of my problem. Despite repeatedly asking her about the reason behind my condition, I never received a clear answer.

Being from a pharmaceutical background, I could identify that the treatment was irrational and more of an experiment than proper medical care. Unfortunately, this led to a severe allergic reaction all over my body and a critical situation for me. At the time of my allergy flare-up, she was not even available, and again gave me the wrong medication, which I refused to take. I later consulted another doctor, and I am now recovering.

It is very concerning that she sells medicines directly from her clinic without providing a proper bill or tax invoice, and as far as I know, she does not even have a drug license to store medicines—which is illegal. Additionally, she prescribes Vitamin D3 tests to almost everyone because of her tie-up with a lab, from which she seems to get commissions.

From my experience, this setup feels less like genuine healthcare and more like a business to make money from patients. I trusted her as a doctor, but her practices are unprofessional and unsafe. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.
